Product Delivery Manager - Finance Decision Optimization (Deposits)

Job Summary
Leads end-to-end product delivery for Finance Decision Optimization, coordinating intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and stakeholder reporting; partners with senior Deposits leaders to craft strategic vision, Owns and refines the product roadmap, and develops requirements for tech/modeling teams from the business; communicates modeling concepts to business users and simplifies business concepts for modelers and developers; focuses on optimizing the use of deposit-related data across multiple workstreams and collaborating with design to meet best practices for internal stakeholders; role requires cross-functional leadership, risk-and-compliance awareness, and the ability to sustain momentum across multi-team initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment processes
- Strong understanding of delivery and continuous improvement processes
- Comfortable collaborating across varying technical levels from business users to modelers and statisticians
- Possesses basic programming skills (Python or similar) and/or experience with analytic tools like Alteryx
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- MBA or graduate degree (preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product delivery processes and managing dependencies
