Product Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Product Delivery Manager in our Lisbon hub leads the product lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high efficiency and clear visibility of dependencies and risks. Responsibilities include owning the backlog, leading Agile ceremonies, setting sprint goals, coordinating with stakeholders (CPO, Operations, Commercials), translating priorities into team tasks, creating and maintaining a work breakdown structure and a 6–12 month team roadmap, and ensuring quarterly OKRs are met. Role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-pressure gaming environment. Hybrid in-office cadence is 3 days a week in Lisbon; experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), JIRA, and Confluence is preferred, along with a solid understanding of the gaming/online casino domain.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education or longer-term work experience in Engineering, Management, or Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis or project management
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
- Product management experience is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus

- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
- Team leadership and performance evaluation experience
- Experience delivering games or in the gambling/online casino industry is a plus
