Product Delivery Manager, Data and Analytics

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for the Partner Data Platform, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and performance reporting, while coordinating with functional partners and stakeholders. Drive change-management activities, risk/compliance adherence, and secure data-platform implementations. Oversee third-party authentication/authorization integration, testing cycles, and adoption of the Iceberg open table format. Manage access control across Snowflake and AWS Lake Formation, emphasize data governance and privacy through tokenization and data anonymity, and deliver compelling presentations to leadership to align on strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, Lake Formation, and access management
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, security, tokenization, and data anonymity principles
- Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and decks
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and decks for stakeholders and leadership
- Experience supporting analytics and reporting use cases
- Previous experience with privacy preferences migration, customer data mapping, integration, and bulk loads
- Champion tokenization and data anonymity practices to protect sensitive information
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business, or related field
