Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product delivery processes for the Gaia Kubernetes Platform, managing intake, dependency resolution, release management, and operationalization while driving Controls & Compliance deliverables including audits and regulatory reviews. Execute change management across functional partners to ensure adherence to risk and compliance standards, and serve as the Application Owner for container platform products meeting CAF, PCI, and SOC requirements. Manage timelines, monitor blockers, and liaise with stakeholders, Product Owners, and regulators to report on technology risk posture. Provide subject matter expertise on vulnerability management and application security, advising SRE squads on controls during design and refinement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Application Ownership, technology risk management, or related field, emphasizing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Ensure Container Platform products meet CAF, PCI and SOC compliance
- Ensure technology risk impacting the private cloud is effectively identified, quantified, communicated and managed
- Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for Product Risk, including vulnerability management, information security related to cloud and application security
