Job Summary
Lead product delivery for commercial real estate lending technology, partnering with product managers to prioritize backlog, gather and translate end-user requirements, and drive customer-focused solutions. Collaborate with designers and engineers to create mockups/wireframes, facilitate agile ceremonies, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex problems and solutions to stakeholders. Own the end-to-end delivery of software features, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering a strong impact on sales and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar field or 5+ years relevant industry experience
- Advanced experience analyzing software problems and documenting requirement artifacts including user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Advanced experience creating mockups and wireframes with tools like Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq Mockups, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience balancing concurrent deadlines
- Comfortable influencing others and negotiating
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment
