Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of internally developed analytics and AI applications; guide portfolio from design and prototype to production; establish and enforce software lifecycle standards to ensure high availability and long-term sustainability; coordinate hybrid developer teams composed of internal developers, external contractors, and IT partners to deliver robust, sustainable solutions; perform ongoing technical diagnostics to identify architectural gaps, deployment risks, and technical debt, ensuring seamless integration with core systems; act as primary liaison between development teams and supply chain operations leaders to communicate application health metrics and prioritize enhancements; require 8+ years in full-stack software development or technical product management and a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; preferred experience in analytics/AI applications and exposure to supply chain operations or the consumer packaged goods industry; open to relocation within country.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field of study
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development or technical product management
- Demonstrated experience governing the product life cycle of custom-built, full-stack applications
- Proven track record of managing and collaborating across matrixed, cross-functional development teams, including internal developers, IT partners, and external contractors
