Job Summary
Senior Delivery Lead responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of Consumer Product initiatives within Deposits and Unsecured Lending. Partners with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to define scope, manage dependencies, and provide readiness signals for go-live. Leads BLA testing and end-to-end validation, maintains Jira-based traceability, and delivers executive-ready status updates. Requires experience in Agile delivery, requirements translation to user stories, and strong stakeholder management in a regulated digital banking environment. Hybrid in-office schedule with 3+ days per week onsite across multiple US locations; emphasizes governance, risk management, and continuous improvement using AI-assisted delivery artifacts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience
