Job Summary
Review MEP designs and calculations, translate client requirements into practical deliverables, and coordinate priorities to support project delivery. Test product features, provide engineering-led feedback to developers, and resolve defects to ensure design outputs meet quality standards before issuance. Champion AI and emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency, leveraging digital tools and BIM platforms to enhance engineering workflows. Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships while validating Revit models for AI-enabled conversion to IFC formats.
Required Qualifications
- HNC, HND, or degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- proven experience designing and/or reviewing MEP systems
- Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems
- ability to review design information and assess the suitability of MEP calculations and outputs
- Strong attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in BIM platforms such as Revit, Solibri, and similar tools

- Experienced in preparing and validating Revit models for use in digital and AI-enabled workflows
