Job Summary
Product Delivery Director for Stability & Resiliency leads global teams delivering high-quality testing for payments products, platforms, and services. Sets strategic vision to leverage AI, data-driven validation, and automation to accelerate change while minimizing risk; ensures governance, control, and measurable business outcomes; coordinates Regional Stability & Resiliency Forum for EMEA Payments; partners with CTO organizations to ensure platform assurance; drives change delivery, security, risk management, and regulatory compliance; communicates progress with stakeholders and aligns testing strategies with production behavior to improve change confidence and stability; manages a diverse, global technology organization focused on testing and assurance; leads initiatives to foster trust, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree
- Experience in payments technology with a proven track record in leading technology delivery and managing complex, diverse teams
- Understanding of the payments domain, Liquidity and Account Solutions in payments
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry requirements in payments technology
- High emotional intelligence and stable leadership style
- Ability to drive employee engagement and resilience through change
- Proficiency in product delivery, change management, and organizational development with knowledge of global payments products and regulatory requirements
- Advanced knowledge of AI, data, and development/testing methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trust across business and technology
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage executive leadership and foster collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on quantifying outcomes and value creation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues quickly, and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational health and employee engagement initiatives
- Experience fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of regional stability and resiliency practices in payments
- Ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives across global teams
