Job Summary
Lead delivery across Global Clearing, ACH, FX, and Disbursements; own and drive product roadmaps, aligning with platform modernization and business growth objectives. Lead cross-functional teams through ideation to delivery and ongoing enhancement; manage demand and capacity across Core Rails platforms; plan a rolling multi-quarter roadmap; identify and manage cross-platform dependencies and risks; lead incident management and root cause analysis to improve platform stability; drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, automated testing, and cloud-native practices; identify and implement AI/ML opportunities to automate processes and improve delivery outcomes; translate business and operational needs into actionable requirements for technology teams; champion a culture of continuous improvement using data-driven insights to enhance product performance and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in product delivery, technology, or payments
- Deep experience with large-scale technology platforms within Financial Services or FinTech
- Strong technical foundation (e.g., software engineering, distributed systems, or data platforms)
- Proven ability to drive product lifecycle practices (planning, execution, value realization)
- Strong stakeholder management across functions, geographies, and seniority levels
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts to senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience leading in matrixed environments
