Job Summary
Senior-level Product Delivery Associate in Cash Operations Transformation at a global financial institution. Responsible for enabling delivery of product in a stable, scalable way; collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology; lead cross-functional initiatives; drive readiness for new product rollouts; perform impact/gap analysis; conduct defect analysis; collect and analyze data; ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements; guide UAT and release processes; articulate current-state processes and define future-state business models; emphasize client/customer-centric operations and strategic delivery of payments-related products.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Payments, Operations and Global Financial Messaging
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in product management or relevant domain area
- Skilled in executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in design, delivery and presentation of executive level content
- Promoter of client/customer centred organisation
- Ability to think strategically to define future state business model
- Change management, requirements gathering and writing and interface with technology on their development work to monitor progress
- Demonstrated performance in product management or relevant domain area
- Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent time management skills
- Preferred: Payment operations, preferably investigations space
