Job Summary
Product Delivery Associate in Wealth Management Portfolio Analysis Group collaborating across teams to deliver analytics-driven product solutions. Responsible for end-to-end product delivery, developing project plans, milestones, and metrics; maintaining a prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria; coordinating with business, product, technology, and cross-functional teams; supporting intake, dependency management, release management, and operationalization; documenting blockers; creating concise stakeholder communications; overseeing testing (test plans, UAT, production), managing JIRA boards, and agile ceremonies (story grooming, sprint planning, release management); supporting change management, training, adoption of new tools/features; maintaining project scorecards and ensuring risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory adherence; and performing data analysis to enable informed decision-making. Strong emphasis on collaboration, analytical/problem-solving skills, clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting and leading discussions
- Proven ability to manage projects, set priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player with experience on large, complex initiatives
- Highly motivated, proactive, and action-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Proven execution under tight timelines with proactive issue resolution; demonstrates ownership mindset
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira
- Preferred qualifications: Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
- Hands-on experience with Jira and agile product development/software delivery lifecycle practices
