Job Summary
Product Delivery Associate in Identity & Access Management (RBAC) responsible for supporting delivery processes, documenting blockers, coordinating with stakeholders across the organization, and producing product artifacts (epics, user stories, requirements) to enable timely delivery. Works with the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and timelines, communicates progress and risks, supports incident escalation and continuous process improvement, and applies Agile practices within a financial services context.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wire frames, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, to include translating technical and complex concepts/solutions into business friendly proposals
- Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
- General knowledge of financial services concepts and products
- Solid interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
- Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
- Expertise in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk Management
- Results oriented; ready to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking, and ability to draw lateral connections between subject areas
