Job Summary
Act as the central point of contact for product data across all departments, driving completeness by proactively reaching out to internal teams and vendors to clarify requirements and deadlines. Conduct user trainings and onboarding sessions to empower teams with the PIM system, while identifying and escalating data gaps to resolve them with stakeholders. Own the Akeneo system from a business perspective, managing workflows, data models, and functional configurations by collaborating with the Technical Product Owner to translate needs into system improvements. Design and maintain structured processes and guidelines that standardize data contribution. This role empowers a creative, highly motivated team to shape cutting-edge product data topics in a global, agile environment with flat hierarchies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a PIM, MDM, or product data environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Confident communication skills
- Proven ability to drive accountability and data quality without direct authority
- Experience in conducting trainings, workshops, or enablement sessions
- Process-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
