Job Summary
Drive product data quality and completeness across the organization by owning the Akeneo PIM from a business perspective, coordinating data contributors (internal teams and vendors), and designing processes and templates. Act as the central point of contact for product data, conduct trainings to empower teams, identify and escalate data gaps, onboard vendors end-to-end, and collaborate with the Technical Product Owner to translate business needs into system improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a PIM, MDM, or product data environment - ideally with Akeneo
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working across teams and hierarchies
- Confident communicator who can explain complex data requirements in simple terms
- Proven ability to drive accountability and data quality without direct authority
- Experience in conducting trainings, workshops, or enablement sessions
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to create structure in complex, cross-functional environments
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
