Job Summary

Define the canonical product data model and enforce naming conventions across 300 brands and 2.5 million catalog items. Lead the end-to-end cleanup of parent items and variants, auditing quality issues, resolving duplicates, and normalizing inconsistent attributes. Translate business needs into structured data specifications, design the product schema, and write optimized SQL queries to maintain table integrity. Obtain and integrate manufacturer data feeds from key partners like Brizo and Hansgrohe, serving as the primary contact for spec sourcing. Own the new product intake process, build quality dashboards, and establish repeatable testing protocols for every data import. Direct the Data Analyst's daily maintenance work and coordinate with the Ecommerce Director and NetSuite Admin to ensure seamless data flow between the ERP, website, and search systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in product data management, catalog management, or PIM administration in an e-commerce or distribution environment
  • Hands-on experience cleaning and normalizing large product catalogs (100,000+ SKUs)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and data transformation
  • Experience with scripting for bulk data operations (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to define data standards and enforce them across an organization
  • Experience working with ERP systems in a product data context

Desired Qualifications

  • NetSuite experience
  • Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS)
