Job Summary
Create and maintain item masters, bills of material, routings, and engineering documentation within the Oracle JD Edwards ERP system. Administer engineering records in CAD, PDM, and PLM file servers, ensuring accurate storage, organization, and distribution of deliverables. Manage engineering change requests and orders, tracking status and updating product data to reflect approved configurations. Investigate data discrepancies and support new product introductions, manufacturing readiness, and ongoing lifecycle activities. Prepare reports and assist with system enhancements for ERP and engineering platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Experience maintaining structured product data, documentation, or records
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and business systems applications
- Knowledge of manufacturing bills of material, routings, and product structures
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP, PDM, PLM, CAD, or other engineering data management systems
