Job Summary
Product Data & Content Coordinator supports Sales & Marketing by maintaining accurate product information across digital channels, managing PIM workflows, ensuring data quality and compliance, monitoring marketplace listings, and providing data-driven optimization recommendations. Responsibilities include setting up data workflows, managing inputs/exports/permissions, auditing data for accuracy, resolving listing errors, validating content completeness (titles, bullets, specs, images, pricing, documents, compliance fields), tracking performance metrics, generating routine reports, and cross-functional collaboration. Key skills include meticulous data handling, experience with structured data, familiarity with ecommerce platforms or PIM systems, strong written/verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to new software and systems. Education requirement is GED or equivalent; hybrid work arrangement is offered, with a full-time role in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Required Qualifications
- GED or equivalent
- Related schooling in a technology-related field and/or marketing a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach that delivers strong results in group environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software, portals, and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with structured data
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
