Job Summary
The Product Data Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making across the Product Solutions organization, coordinating the data product roadmap and supporting cross-functional teams (Product Solutions, Scrum Master, QA, Engineering). Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets to identify trends, defining and executing ETL processes for data integration, crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries for reporting, designing data models and algorithms to support business objectives, conducting ad-hoc analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs, presenting findings to senior leadership, ensuring data quality with validation checks, and automating ETL workflows using PowerShell or similar tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Two+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proven expertise in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize for performance
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Ability to understand, organize, manipulate and derive complex data insights from large data sets
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance standards
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, relationship-building and negotiating skills
