Job Summary
Conduct analyses to reshape the logistics and supply chain industries by transforming data into actionable insights. Meet with stakeholders to understand OKR requirements and convert them into analytical solutions, while modeling new product analytics datasets to optimize growth strategies and cost reductions. Improve operational and financial productivity across business and software by rapidly prototyping new functionality via dashboards that enable new ways of working. Contribute to the Data Analytics department roadmap and drive highly visible projects that influence workflow management best practices across all departments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar role
- Strong SQL fluency
- Experience ELT data modeling
- building analytical narratives using data visualizations (Looker is a plus)
- Executive communication skills
- empathy to understand and discover business pain points
- Interest in optimizing operational productivity
- measuring automation across our software and business processes
- familiarity with applied statistics
- scripting languages like Python or R
