Job Summary
Take strategic responsibility for cybersecurity compliance of products within international regulatory environments, translating external standards like CRA, FIPS, and Common Criteria into internal development processes. Contribute to defining security requirements for IoT, automotive, and industrial systems while integrating security-by-design principles into architectures to ensure auditability. Plan and coordinate internal audits, oversee certification documentation, and manage the Secure Software Development Lifecycle. Coordinate vulnerability management activities and provide training to product teams on regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external certification authorities to ensure continuous adaptation to regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity with a focus on product development or system integration
- Strong knowledge of international cybersecurity standards and certifications (e.g., CRA, FIPS, Common Criteria, IEC/ISO 62443, EN 303 645, ISO 21434, ISO 27001)
- Understanding of safety-critical architectures and secure software development practices, including Secure SDLC
- Experience in process ownership and management in a cybersecurity or compliance context
- Proven experience creating and maintaining security-related product documentation for certification purposes
- Knowledge of threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning at the product level
- Strong analytical skills and proactive approach to risk assessment and vulnerability analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and international teams, including working with external certification bodies
