Job Summary
Counsel diverse global technology clients by providing legal advice to R&D, marketing, and engineering teams from product design through launch. Build consensus on new features, products, and services while reviewing global platforms to implement practical risk mitigation strategies. Stay current on industry, data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws to ensure relevant, thoughtful guidance. Requires 5+ years of experience as product, technology, or IP counsel with an active bar license. Full-time role with compensation ranging from $71,250 to $325,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in-house department as product, technology, commercial, privacy, or IP counsel
- Active bar license for the state in which you physically reside in
- Experience taking on complex projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with an in-house for a technology company
- Experience in-house and partnered with the R&D team and engineers
- Held the title Product Counsel and launched a product
