Job Summary
Conduct global product cost calculations for complex end and intermediate products throughout the development process to the series transfer. Advise cross-functional development interfaces and support supplier and product management cost discussions. Create economic calculations to derive make/buy/co-operate decisions and implement technical should-cost calculations for own-manufacturing and purchased parts. Harmonize and develop cost calculation standards with procurement, operations, finance, and R&D while optimizing SAP calculation procedures for series products. Initiate project- and product-overarching cost reduction potentials and ensure correct accounting of actual manufacturing costs.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder BWL bzw. eine technisch-gewerbliche Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation als Techniker (m/w/d) oder Industriefachwirt (m/w/d)
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Produktkostenkalkulation / Produktkostencontrolling im Bereich Komponentenfertigung und/oder Maschinenbau
- Analytisches Denken sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Gesamtzusammenhängen
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Gesamtsysteme, Baugruppen und deren Herstellungsprozesse
- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP (FI/CO, PP, MM) und MS Office (Excel)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
