Job Summary
Lead Product Control for the Americas Current and Emerging Markets, overseeing daily P&L and risk reporting for Latin America trading desks (including Mexico and Colombia); manage a geographically distributed team in New York and Buenos Aires; deliver high-quality financial insights to desk leadership and senior Finance, strengthen controls, support new products, and drive process improvements to meet governance needs; coordinate across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues, serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control, and lead projects related to product control and cross-business programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area
- 6+ years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on controls
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Latin America Markets
