Job Summary
Conduct daily profit and loss reporting and month-end close activities to ensure completeness and accuracy for trading desks. Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance stakeholders while partnering with the business to implement robust controls and support new initiatives. Coordinate across front and back office functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and on time, escalating and tracking issues through resolution. Serve as an analytical resource for product control priorities and handle ad hoc requests as needed. Join the Commercial & Investment Bank team to strengthen the control environment and drive reporting outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product control, financial control, accounting, or a related area
- Experience performing daily profit and loss reporting and month-end close processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a strong control focus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with business and finance stakeholders
