Job Summary
Senior Product Control Analyst in Bournemouth responsible for ensuring accuracy of risk exposures reporting across market risk reports and limits; centralised reporting with collaboration across regional LOB PC teams; maintain risk hierarchy tools affecting VaR; manage risk metrics and provide robust controls; drive cross-functional coordination to resolve control and reporting issues; ensure timeliness of financial reporting; maintain stakeholder relationships; identify and escalate control issues; support continuous improvement of processes and controls; contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a relevant banking role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a control focus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial data
- Experience supporting trading desks or financial controllers
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
