Job Summary
Vice President, Americas Equities Derivatives Group Product Control based in New York. Lead and develop the Americas Corporates, Convertible Bonds, and Financing Product Control team, overseeing Daily P&L and Risk production, balance sheet integrity, and accounting for the business. Provide detailed financial analysis and commentary to desk heads and senior finance management; partner with stakeholders to implement robust controls and strategic initiatives; drive continuous improvements and adapt processes to evolving systems and control requirements; foster an inclusive environment that supports learning and growth for all team members.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years Product Control experience or equivalent
- Experience within Product Control related to equity products and derivatives
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Demonstrable ability to drive strategic initiatives
- Solid understanding of Equity Derivatives and an understanding of associated exotic products including accompanying risks
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Educated to at least Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) level
