Product Control - P&L, Director, Product Controllers

Director, Product Control (P&L) for Equity Division within Morgan Stanley’s ISG Finance—Product Control. The role leads daily validation and substantiation of P&L, prepares daily P&L reports for business unit and finance managers, and collaborates across Finance, Operations, and Business Units to ensure accurate accounting, regulatory reporting, and internal forecasting. Requires in-depth knowledge of finance, product and/or client segments, strong independent work capability, ability to drive process improvements, adherence to risk and regulatory standards, and a proven track record in finance with Chartered Accountant/MBA qualifications (or equivalent). The position emphasizes leadership, accountability for P&L deliverables, and the ability to elevate control environments and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
