Job Summary
Product Control Executive Director overseeing daily P&L and risk production, preparation, and reporting; provide detailed financial analyses to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management; drive robust controls and new business initiatives; coordinate front and back office support to resolve control and reporting issues; serve as analytical and project support resource for product control; manage projects and cross-business programs and handle ad-hoc requests, reinforcing regulatory adherence and cross-jurisdictional collaboration; requires strong accounting background, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; located in Newark, Delaware with US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years within Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong technical skills in using Excel and PowerPoint
