Job Summary
Produce detailed project analysis and documentation aligned with business transformation frameworks to support the Product Control Change Manager. Analyse P&L data exceptions, identify root causes, and manage resolution through documentation, solution agreements, and testing. Improve governance processes for adjustments while liaising with Finance, IT, and Traded Risk teams to confirm requirements and drive data quality improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to resolve complex data issues and hand back clearly documented processes. This role is central to maintaining regulatory compliance standards for major trading desks within a leading global financial services organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Prior working knowledge of Markets and Securities Services operations
- At least two years of project delivery experience, preferably in data quality and governance
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and business transformation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns and resolve complex data issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
