Job Summary
This role involves assisting the maintenance department with the purchase and distribution of materials, ensuring best value for purchases and tracking inventory of materials, equipment, and tools. Responsibilities include reconciling receipts and invoices, maintaining appropriate supply levels, and participating in snow removal as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Carry a minimum of 30 lbs. for 20 feet
- Stand on minimum 6ft.ladder
- Twist/kneel/bend/squat/pull
Desired Qualifications
- Valid NYS Driver license and approved to drive DDI vehicles
Additional Requirements
- Available to stay late, come in early, or work weekends for occasional projects or agency events.
