Job Summary
Collect, load, and maintain product marketing data in GPIM (Hybris) systems, ensuring accuracy across SKU levels throughout the product lifecycle. Create and update product records while managing timelines for digital initiatives and aligning with stakeholders to optimize catalog structures. Partner with business leaders, marketing, sales, and digital operations to drive strategic alignment and identify growth opportunities. Prioritize tasks based on customer impact, deliver actionable reports, and implement process improvements following established data governance practices. Work independently with low supervision across multiple functions while utilizing advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
- Knowledgeable about Global Product Hierarchy
- Experienced in Microsoft Office package (required Excel intermediate. i.e., managing large data, formulas, formatting, pivot table, X lookup etc.)
- Ability to work with low supervision and with several different functions, across multiple levels in the organization
- Basic knowledge of Product Content environment

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems of record (e.g., SAP, Hybris, HAMR, Adobe, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure multiple tasks are completed by designated deadlines
- Self-motivated, and able to work effectively as an individual, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers
- Flexible attitude and ability to work within a rapidly growing and changing organization
- Skills: attention to detail, analytical, great communication, strong prioritization/time management, collaborative team player, troubleshooting, project management
- Confidence to work independently
