Job Summary
Product Consultant at Fiserv collaborates with product development to understand functionality, works with clients and internal partners to troubleshoot and resolve product inquiries, and serves as a subject-matter expert during client interactions, demonstrations, and training. Responsibilities include conducting market research, performing competitor analysis, developing and delivering product presentations and training materials, and creating documentation for internal and external teams; requires strong communication, account-management experience, and knowledge of financial services technology. The role emphasizes a client-first consultative approach and cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6-10 years of account management experience
- 4-5 years of experience with Fiserv
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Coaching skills to train others
- Detail-oriented with focus on customer service
- Knowledge of Fiserv systems (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules, 3270) is a plus
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Previous product consultant or similar role in technology or software industry
- US work authorization (no sponsorship)
