Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve complex operational issues by performing root cause analyses, reading Python code, and leveraging AI for advanced troubleshooting. Design sustainable solutions, document repeatable frameworks, and manage smaller-scale projects to streamline merchant workflows. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement improvements while owning the new and unassigned queue, ensuring SLAs are met. Lead initiatives that reduce recurring issues and provide clear updates to North American and UK customers. Work onsite in Bangalore during 5:30 PM â 2:30 AM IST shifts, supporting fast-growing eCommerce brands with 45-55 hour weeks and peak-season intensity.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Experience in SaaS, Supply Chain, or Consulting
- AI & Prompt Engineering skills
- Strong critical thinking & problem-solving
- Excellent communication â superior command of English
- Proven project management ability
- Leadership mindset
- Eager to learn
- Willingness to work onsite in our Bangalore office
- Comfort with fast-paced environments where accountability is high
- Willingness to dig deep into understanding problems
- Readiness to lead projects or mentor others
- Ability to work 45-55 hours per week
- Ability to handle occasional off-hours calls
- Ability to work long days (10+ hours)
- Ability to receive regular, direct feedback in public Slack channels
- Preference for ownership over tasks rather than structured oversight
Desired Qualifications
- Courses in supply chain, accounting, finance, or operations
- Experience using Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or marketplaces
- Experience working with eCommerce merchants or understanding DTC brands
