Product Compliance Specialist 2 – Packaging & Labelling

Job Summary
Manage seasonal care and content data in the PLM system, collaborating with T2 partners to ensure accuracy and on-time execution. Maintain product data for regional market entry labels, including country-specific requirements, and manage data for regional EPR initiatives by submitting required reports. Conduct systematic seasonal product compliance reviews using I2C stage gates to identify labelling and packaging risks before buy-ready. Lead proactive communication between brand, regional offices, and T1/T2 partners while establishing best practices for process protocols. Provide insight, guidance, and training on labelling and packaging topics to internal and external partners. Uphold the Fair Labor Association's Workplace Code of Conduct and partner with the Amer Sports Global Sourcing Vendor Sustainability team on quarterly business reviews. Travel to the Vancouver head office as required for collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in compliance, product development, sourcing, supply chain, sustainability, or a related field within a consumer goods organization
- Experience working with product data, labelling requirements, packaging programs, or regulatory compliance processes
- Proficient in English
- Ideally have written proficiency in Chinese
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and able to independently navigate ambiguous situations where you may not have all the answers
- Comfortable working with remote teams, across various time zones
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy
- Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
