Job Summary
Lead regulatory strategy for new and existing products by managing EPA and state registration activities and reviewing labels, claims, and product communications for compliance. Monitor regulatory developments, coordinate with consultants and testing organizations, and assess risks to recommend mitigation strategies. Support commercialization efforts through regulatory guidance, maintain submission documentation, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant product launches. Based onsite in Bluffdale, Utah, this role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a highly regulated industry to help guide Pestie's product portfolio through an evolving regulatory environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Entomology, Agriculture, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry
- Experience supporting regulated products throughout their lifecycle
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pesticides, crop protection, specialty chemicals, consumer products, environmental compliance, or related industries preferred
- EPA-regulated products or regulatory affairs
- Pesticide, herbicide, or crop protection registration
- Federal and state product registrations
- Regulatory consulting or compliance advisory work
- Product labeling, claims, and testing requirements
- Consumer product, specialty chemical, or environmental compliance
- Helping regulated products move from development to market
