Job Summary

Monitor, assess, and interpret product safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including the European Battery and Packaging Waste Regulations. Review, organize, and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and certification records while contributing to regulatory research and intelligence activities. Participate in product development to integrate compliance into design and validation, supporting laboratory testing, risk assessments, and investigations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Quality, and Product Management to drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and data quality. Leverage AI and digital technologies to enhance regulatory intelligence and decision-making, applying sound engineering judgment to ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant Master's degree program, such as Engineering, Materials Science, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with technical information, test data, standards, and documentation
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to data accuracy
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable learning in a technical environment
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team
  • Interested in sustainability, product safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and responsible use of AI

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-based tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment
  • Passion for cycling is a plus
