Product Compliance and Sustainability Analyst

Job Summary

Configure PLM site fields, views, and workflows to support product creation, while managing Pimberly governance and building automated exports for wholesale and DTC channels. Own product compliance programs including care labeling, fiber content accuracy, and PFAS documentation, ensuring adherence to CPSIA, CAFTA, and evolving chemical regulations across California, EU, and federal standards. Execute sustainability certifications (RDS, GRS, GOTS) and manage Scope 3.1 carbon data collection, while leading the EU Digital Product Passport program and translating regulatory updates like CSRD into actionable requirements. Serve as the internal point of contact for EPA PFAS Rule reporting and coordinate with Legal on all regulatory submissions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Supply Chain, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Product Operations, or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, product compliance, sustainability operations, or PLM administration in apparel or consumer goods
  • Rigorous compliance program management (PFAS, fiber content, labeling, certifications)
  • Familiarity with sustainability certifications and supply chain transparency
  • Strong project management across multiple competing deadlines
  • Detail-oriented systems thinker, comfortable building processes from scratch
  • Must be able to work in a stationary position 75% of the work day

Desired Qualifications

  • Administrative or power-user PLM experience; Centric a plus
  • Candidate must be familiar with HIGG/Worldly or change climate project (B-Tools)
