Job Summary
Collect and maintain documentation for manufacturers to ensure compliance with international regulations such as EU REACH, RoHS, California Prop 65, and US TSCA. Search for required data online, interact with suppliers to request information, and enter findings into a database application for assessment. This role supports Rumzer's mission to help manufacturers easily comply with global environmental regulations using specialized software technology. Candidates must possess strong computer skills, including MS Office and experience with product compliance applications like IMDS and CDX.
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree
- 1-3 years post college experience
- Experience assessing product compliance to EU REACH, RoHS, California Prop 65, US TSCA, and similar regulations
- Experience using IMDS, CDX and other product compliance applications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to learn quickly and respond quickly
- Service oriented
- Interest in global work and able to work effectively with individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds
- Good communicator with the ability to influence and challenge across all levels within the organization
- Able to follow directions, but also a self-starter with good judgment
- Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Desired Qualifications
- experience with Tableau a plus
- Interest in learning and ability to learn quickly other computer applications and packages
