Job Summary
Product Completion Engineer responsible for designing multi-discipline engineering solutions across products, systems, and software; develops and implements test plans and parameters to validate specifications; conducts analytical and physical assessments to improve efficiency, reliability, and quality; performs technical risk assessments and implements mitigation; leads project teams, communicates with management and partners, and delivers professional reports to support operational and strategic objectives; emphasizes collaboration, cost effectiveness, and high-quality outcomes while mentoring less-experienced staff.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Typically 4-7 years of work experience in engineering design or related field
- Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with internal and outsourced development partners
