Job Summary

Lead the Post Market Surveillance team at Boston Scientific, managing all compliance activities associated with the complaint handling program in accordance with corporate, domestic and international standards. Oversee complaint handling processes to ensure compliance with corporate and divisional procedures and applicable regulations (FDA, 21 CFR Parts 820 and 803, and related international requirements). Serve as the quality liaison for post-market surveillance activities, including risk management and complaint handling across product portfolios; coordinate cross-functional initiatives; ensure onboarding and ongoing training for Post Market Surveillance staff; and drive continuous improvement in quality indicators and regulatory reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' medical device experience, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence at least three days per week in designated locations.
