Job Summary
Lead product launch impact assessments and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for high-impact initiatives within the Retail portfolio. Partner with product, business operations, and change management teams to drive accountability, manage program risk, and ensure critical milestones are met. Define success metrics using KPIs and analytics, facilitate stage-gate processes, and synthesize tailored messaging for diverse audiences. Leverage AI to refine launch deliverables and streamline operational readiness for product updates. Work collaboratively with sales, support, and implementation teams to align training and ensure customer value delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 6 years' experience in a product, project, or program management role
- Master's degree (alternative to experience)
- Ph.D. (alternative to experience)
- 10 years of experience in a related field in lieu of education
- PMP or similar certification
- Prosci/ADKAR or similar certification
- Experience in Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban
- Knowledgeable in change-management principles
- Proven experience in managing change across multiple parts of a single organization and across organizational boundaries
- Ability to gather and analyze information and data from multiple sources
- Ability to prepare professional presentations, charts, graphs and tables of information for launch preparation
- Demonstrated planning, analytical and organization skills with an ability to manage competing demands and priorities
- Comfortable leveraging AI to execute tasks
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable presenting to groups, whether in-person or virtually
- Comfortable communicating complex business and product ideas into language that is understood by all supporting departments
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead through influence
- Able to engage supporting departments to gain buy-in
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to travel 15% of the time
