Job Summary
Lead commercialization strategy and launch execution for Faster Payments capabilities, translating product strategy into clear launch plans, partner readiness requirements, and operating models. Drive alignment across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and partner teams to remove roadblocks and support timely decision-making. Partner with technology, architecture, operations, processors, networks, and fintech platforms to support integration planning, define scalable product standards, and conduct readiness assessments that identify gaps before launch. Develop and maintain commercialization documentation, including product standards, guidelines, procedures, training materials, and governance artifacts, while applying working knowledge of U.S. payments-related regulatory considerations. Evaluate business cases tied to disbursements, payouts, and partner-led money movement to inform prioritization and scaling decisions. Communicate complex topics for technical, operational, partner, and executive audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, payments, fintech, sponsor banking, embedded finance, operations, program management, or related field
- Hands-on experience launching, scaling, or operationalizing bank products, payment capabilities, or partner-led financial services programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of bank program operations and partner ecosystems, including processors, networks, fintech platforms, program managers, and sponsor bank models
- Proven ability to lead through influence, manage cross-functional dependencies, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
