Product Coach

Product Coach at Nitor shaping AI-era product leadership for client organizations. You sit with leadership to identify how product leadership must change in the AI era, reshape how products are decided, resourced, and run, and coach executives and teams to build durable capability. You’ll coach senior leaders on judgment, prioritization, and how to apply AI tools in practice (e.g., PRDs, transcripts synthesis) while guiding teams through changing operating models and workflows. You’ll help clients discover what AI changes across the business, decide where AI adds value, and lead the organization to act on those insights, delivering measurable improvement in product outcomes. You’ll work across engagements, from high-level strategy with CFOs to day-to-day guidance with delivery teams, using AI to inform research, analysis, and pre-reads, and developing both people and business outcomes. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, own the coaching of individuals and teams, and contribute to building a broader AI-era product coaching practice within a tight-knit community of consultants.
