Job Summary
Manage product change projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and operational readiness for go-live. Drive consistency in project execution using appropriate methodologies, identify and mitigate risks, and lead stakeholder meetings to provide status updates. Own relationships with external vendors and coordinate cross-functional teams across Consumer Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain functions. Define project scope, assign tasks, and monitor progress to minimize waste and resolve conflicts. Lead the Global I2M process to assess interdependencies and maximize synergies while continuously improving project management toolkits and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management methodology
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership and cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data driven decisions and identify risks on timely manner
- Understanding of change management processes and the ability to manage projects in dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage cross functional teams, influence stakeholders and drive project performance
- Time management
