Job Summary
Product Business Analyst acts as the central liaison among Product, technology SMEs, and stakeholders to document, analyze, validate, and deliver business requirements for Client Identity & Entitlements Platforms. Works with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams (Operations, UX, Technology) to ensure alignment with user needs, operational realities, and technical capabilities. Requires hands-on Agile practices, writing JIRA user stories, and prioritizing and refining requirements. Builds relationships to identify risks and dependencies, represents the voice of the client, supports operational readiness, and contributes to content for client distribution. Communicates effectively across global teams and participates actively in Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and BRD/JIRA story tracking. Strong attention to detail, client-focused mindset, and ability to present to senior leadership are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working (Scrum)
- Proven experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership roles
- Proficient with JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Process Mapping tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience engaging directly with clients in a professional capacity
