Job Summary
Product Builder Trainer on the production line who serves as SME, leads new hire training and ongoing training for Product Builders, ensures training completion and MPI compliance, reads drawings and Lot History Records, documents work, and collaborates with engineers and managers to resolve issues. Role requires hands-on assembly of medical device products per QSRs and MPI instructions, with experience in manufacturing processes, SharePoint document navigation, and adherence to regulatory standards; shift is Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM at the West Valley City, UT site.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- English fluency (reading, writing and speaking)
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Knowledge of assembly operations
- Typically, a minimum of one year of assembly experience; medical device experience preferred
