Job Summary
Translate validated product opportunities into concrete, developable solutions by defining user journeys, business rules, acceptance criteria, and data structures for clinical research tools. Collaborate daily with engineers to break down complex subjects, clarify trade-offs between scope and quality, and leverage SQL to investigate data logic and cohort requirements. Validate solution choices with business stakeholders through prototyping, feedback collection, and iterative refinement, while maintaining functional ownership of delivered features including testing, documentation, and incident tracking. Work within a team of 150 people connecting 800 hospitals and 150,000 healthcare professionals to accelerate clinical discoveries.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in a product, product operations, solution design, delivery, or equivalent role
- Concrete practice of product specification and delivery of digital products
- Ability to take a defined need and make it buildable
- Ability to clarify use cases
- Ability to write business rules
- Ability to anticipate edge cases
- Ability to provide a clear framework of work for technical teams
- Comfort with structured data
- Comfort with databases and their logic
- Ability to investigate a dataset
- Ability to use SQL to answer business questions
- Knowledge of data usage in pharmacy, clinical research, or healthcare
- Ability to link data to its purpose
- Ability to decide, recruit for a study, characterize a population, produce an analysis, or respond to an operational requirement
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and business stakeholders
