Job Summary
Product Builder to create the trust and governance layer for AI agents. Owns the product end-to-end, from identifying governance challenges to launching solutions customers willingly adopt. Build systems, workflows, and experiences that help customers deploy AI at scale with visibility, governance, and control. Design approval flows, audit trails, and operational guardrails; create observability dashboards and reporting to understand AI behavior over time; enable human review at critical moments; collaborate with customers and engineering to productionize governance capabilities; drive product strategy across concept through launch and iteration. Demonstrates strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration with enterprise customers, engineering, leadership, product, and GTM teams. The role requires 5+ years of experience in product-oriented roles, deep knowledge of AI systems and LLMs, and a passion for trustworthy AI.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and launching software products in product management, product leadership, product engineering, or similar builder-focused roles
- Strong understanding of modern AI systems, large language models, agent architectures, and the operational challenges of deploying AI in production
- Demonstrated ability to own products from concept through launch and continuous improvement
- Experience navigating ambiguity and making effective product decisions with incomplete information
- Ability to prototype concepts independently using AI-powered development tools and modern product-building workflows
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance user experience, business requirements, and technical constraints
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and translating complex technical concepts into customer-facing products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
- Passion for building trusted AI systems and shaping how organizations safely adopt autonomous technology
- Excitement for defining a new category of AI-native software
