Product Assurance Tester

Execute Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, developments, and product releases. Follow test scripts, governance processes, and testing standards to ensure changes meet operational requirements before deployment. Accurately document testing outcomes, record defects, support defect triage activities, and perform retesting to confirm successful resolution. Maintain clear and auditable records of testing activity through agreed systems and processes. Build strong working relationships with operational subject matter experts, product teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Support business readiness activities through the creation and delivery of training materials, user guidance, workshops, and drop-in sessions. Monitor and coordinate requests received through the Product Assurance inbox, ensuring queries are tracked and escalated appropriately. Assist with data quality and data cleansing activities to support project delivery and operational readiness. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying risks, recurring issues, process improvements, and opportunities to enhance user experience. Contribute to project activities, operational communications, procedural documentation, and change initiatives as required.
